CHEM 2121 - Organic Chemistry II Lab

1 Credit Hours

Course Description:
Designed to accompany Organic Chemistry II lecture, this lab course emphasizes organic synthesis and structure analysis methods such as proton NMR. Writing lab reports is an integral part of the course. As part of the coursework, you may have the potential of being, to some degree, exposed to hazardous material. If you are pregnant, wear contact lenses or have other specific health concerns, you should consult your personal physician for advisement concerning your enrollment in the course.

Prerequisites:
CHEM 2111  with a “C” or better and either concurrent enrollment in CHEM 2124  or completion of CHEM 2124  with a “C” or better

Additional Information:
This course is offered in the Spring semester.  It is occasionally offered in Fall
