An Associate Degree in Science in Pre-Education offers a degree path for students interested in teaching at the elementary grade-school level. This flexible degree plan option prepares students to transfer to a Professional Teacher Education program at a four-year college or university where the student can earn teaching certification in one of three areas: Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or Special Education. A career in public or private education can be both exciting and diverse. Elementary Teacher graduates will be helping their students discover the world.
