EMS 1011 - Intro to EMT

Course Description:
This course is an introduction to Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). The course offers information to help prepare the student for a successful transition into the EMT program, such as the history of EMS, the well-being of the EMT, and medical & legal issues among others. The Intro to EMT class provides insight and knowledge into the EMS field with an emphasis on clinical compliance as well.
