SOC 2063 - Crime and Delinquency 3 Credit Hours
Course Description: Using historical and contemporary theory, students will explore the sociological and psychological dimensions involved in the commission of criminal acts. National and international differences in crime rates across the major categories of crime and the effectiveness of sanctions will be analyzed.
Prerequisites: ENGL 0203, adequate placement score, or by meeting determined placement measures
