ENGR 2333 - Thermodynamics 3 Credit Hours
Course Description: The student will solve problems related to an understanding of the first and second laws of thermodynamics; ideal gases; mixtures of ideal gases; and power and refrigeration cycles. Quantitative analysis will incorporate methods of algebra and calculus where appropriate.
Prerequisites: PHYS 2014 Engineering Physics I (minimum grade of C) AND CHEM 1115 General Chemistry I (minimum grade of C) or CHEM 1415 Chemistry for Engineers (minimum grade of C)
Additional Information: This course is offered during the Fall and Spring semester.
