ENGL 2413 - Women in Literature 3 Credit Hours
Course Description: After reviewing literature written by and about women of various times and places, students wll examine and interpret values and attitudes from a variety of perspective suggested by the readings. Lectures, discussions, and papers will emphasize relationships between social, political, and personal issues while making global connections, both historical and contempoary, and exploring the universality and variety of women’s issues. This course satisfies three credit hours of the General Education Humanties requirment for all Associate in Arts, Science, and Diversified Studies degrees.
Prerequisites: ENGL 1113 - English Composition I
