BIO 0123 - Concepts in Science

3 Credit Hours

Course Description:
This course is designed to satisfy the College entrance requirement for those students who did not take a life science course in high school. The course will help the student develop an under- standing of basic biological concepts from the cell to the Scientific Method. Laboratory work is an integral part of the course. This course is also designed to prepare the student for a college level biology course.

Prerequisites:
Enrollment in BIO 0123 is based upon the student’s performance on the appropriate placement test
