OTA 2143 - Professional Devlpmnt Support

3 Credit Hours

Course Description:
Through study, discussion, and classroom activities, the student will develop an understanding and application of concepts in administration, supervision, ethics, licensure, certification, and ongoing professional development in Occupational Therapy. The student will also demonstrate an understanding of the evolution of healthcare in teh United States along with the norms and practices of divese cultures as they relate to the delivery of healthcare services.

Prerequisites:
OTA 2164  OT for Physical Conditions with a minimum grade of C.
