MGMT 2223 - Effective Planning
3 Credit Hours
Course Description:
This course is designed to provide students with an indepth study of the five planning phases. The student will demonstrate the knowledge and skills to develop, implement and evaluate strategic, tactical, standing, and single use plans. Specific emphasis will be place on techniques useful in offsetting future uncertainties by the risk associated with decision making.
Prerequisites:
MATH 0313 or adequate math placement, MGMT 2053 or by evaluation. Criteria for evaluation is in division office.
