OTA 1112 - Professional Management in OT Practice

2 Credit Hours

Course Description:
Through study, discussion, and classroom activities, the student will develop an understanding and apply concepts of administration and management in occupational therapy practice, including, but not limited to scheduling, productivity, and intervention management. The student will also demonstrate an understanding of supervision, ethics, entry-level practitioner requirements, and ongoing skills and strategies necessary for preparation for Level II Fieldwork experiences and as a future occupational therapy practitioner.
