Course Description:
The student will describe the development, scope, functions and information resources of mass media, emphasizing the role of the consumer and the professional in mass communication and in solving contemporary problems in the mass media.

Prerequisites:
ENGL 0203, adequate placement score, or by meeting determined placement measures
