CD 2813 - Early Child Cntr Persnl Dev/Mn

3 Credit Hours

Course Description:
This course is for individuals wishing to improve their management skills with personnel working in early care and education programs. Students will examine the principles, procedures and organizational techniques used in the development and management of personnel including employment practices, employee assessment and evaluation, orientation, training, related federal and state legislation and regulations, diversity, employee/emplorer relations, compensation, advacacy, ethics, and leadership.

Prerequisites:
CD 2113  Intro to Child Development MINIMUM GRADE OF C.
