CD 1113 - Basic Child Care 1

3 Credit Hours

Course Description:
This course is designed for students preparing for Early Childhood Professional Level I. The student will acquire basic knowledge about health and safety, classroom organization, and care of infants and toddlers. The student will demonstrate an ability to apply the knowledge by working in a child care center a minimum of 100 hours under the instructor’s supervision

Prerequisites:
ENGL 0106 or adequate placement score
