SCL 1001 - Success in College and Life

1 Credit Hours

Course Description:
Students will be introduced to some of the best practices for success in college and life. General topics include: Making Connections, Time Management, Major/Career Explorations, Setting Educational, Financial, and Personal Goals, Study Skills and Information Literacy, Using Technology Effectively, and Health and Wellness Strategies. This course should be taken during a student’s first semester of college work at Oklahoma City Community College and is a required course in degree plans

Prerequisites:
ENGL 0106  College Prep English I
