ART 1023 - Art History: Ren-Contemporary 3 Credit Hours
Course Description: Art History: Early Renaissance to Contemporary is a study of the visual arts, artists, and their cultures from the Early Renaissance to the present. The student will analyze artistic styles and identify visually the style, its time, its characteristics and the artists important to that period. The student also will analyze the social and art issues which led to the development and evolution of art styles throughout history.
Prerequisites: ENGL 1113 English Composition I
