Course Description:
This course is an introduction to the theory of international trade, commercial policy, preferential trading arrangements, and topics on the balance of payment and the international adjustment mechanism.

Prerequisites:
 MATH 0313 or adequate math placement and ENGL 0203 or adequate placement score, or by meeting determined placement measures.
