ART 1053 - Art Appreciation

3 Credit Hours

Course Description:
The study of art from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures as both product and process. Aesthetic judgment making in evaluation of art from different times and places is stressed. Periods of art history with relevant concepts and terminology are included.

Prerequisites:
ENGL 0203, adequate placement score, or by meeting determined placement measures
